Specific Embassy Guidelines

European, American, and Canadian Nationalities

Embassies of European countries, the US, and Canada require their citizens to sign a sworn declaration of single status (Affidavit) at the consulate in Cairo. Some consulates require booking appointments months in advance. Our office helps you draft, submit, and instantly legalize these documents to speed up the process.

Arab Nationalities (Saudi, UAE, Kuwait, Morocco)

Certain Arab countries strictly require formal written approval from their respective embassy in Cairo or a government permit from home (e.g., Ministry of Interior or Sharia court) to legalize the marriage. Lack of this approval prevents registration. We coordinate directly with Arab embassies to secure these approvals smoothly.

Asian & African Nationalities (Philippines, Thailand, Nigeria)

These nationalities face stricter requirements to verify civil status and prevent legal issues at home. Usually, birth and single status certificates must be apostilled in the home country first before submission to the embassy in Cairo. We provide complete validation support to ensure these documents are acceptable at the Ministry of Justice.
